“The Life Electronic” is filled with interesting electronic tracks with great detail and a sense of playfulness. The playfulness is not naive though, but instead with a sense of great knowledge of all the elements of electronic music at Audio Obscura’s disposal. Too complex and textured for any dance floor, but perfect for listening for all the visual texture. This just might be my favorite Audio Obscura release. Highly recommended for adventurous electronic music listeners Mood Exhibit
Another fantastic release from the mighty Sahel Sounds label, this soundtrack turns desert blues into exploratory ambient soundscapes. Bandcamp New & Notable Nov 3, 2018

A fascinating and exciting example of Sound Art in action, as taken from a live performance by Scanner in 2014.
Densely detailed and thoroughly engaging, this is an excellent work that speaks directly to Scanner's immense talent and vision. rikm
